Talk to Rolf the Raider.
Follow Rolf
After speaking to him, follow him to his crewmates.
Defeat the raiders
You’ll then be required to defeat the raiders in a fist fight. You’ll face two of them first.
After beating the two of them, you’ll face another raider.
Speak to Rolf
After the battle, talk to Rolf the Raider again.
The world event ends here and you’ll get some silver.
