In Watch Dogs Legion, you’re able to recruit almost anyone off the street, but there are special recruits.
Some of the locations of these special recruits will be revealed after completing certain missions.
Here’s how you can find and recruit the ex-police in Watch Dogs Legion.
Ex-police’s location
After completing the mission Coming Home, you will unlock the ex-police’s location, as shown in the map below.
You will find him sitting in front of the sex shop sign.
Investigate their replacement
The ex-cop’s name is Elliot Makowski. You will have to help him investigate his replacement, as he wants to know who took his job.
Get to the location marked on the map.
You will reach the tech company Estrom.
Download the company records
You need to get to the company records located on the ground floor.
Enter the building through the front door and you may have to quietly takedown some of the staff inside.
Download the company records and wait for it to be completed. Leave the area.
Destroy the AI blueprint
You will find out that AI is replacing a lot of the policemen. Your next task is to destroy the AI blueprint.
Head to the next location.
It’s an Albion facility. You can easily enter the front if you provoke the guard to come out.
Inside, you can either try to go in stealthily or just guns-blazing. The blueprint is in a locked room which requires you to find the panel to unlock.
Another way is to just shoot at the guards. The guard inside the locked room will be provoked and he’ll open the door.
Kill the guy and enter the room.
Shoot the AI blueprint until it’s destroyed.
Leave the area to complete the recruitment mission.
