Red Tape Reclamation is a side mission available in Cydonia of Starfield.
Your objective is to find the mining equipment taken by Hank.

This mission starts after Red Tape Runaround.
Talk to Trevor
First thing to do is to talk to Trevor about the mining request being approved. He’ll then tell you that a worker named Hank took the mining equipment part and never brought it here.
Speak with Ship Services
Next, go outside the building to talk to the Ship Services Technician about it.
Return to Trevor
Go back to Trevor to report to him about Hank.
Speak with Hank Ferrard
Now, head to the bar to find Hank.
Talk to him.
Follow Hank
After talking to him, you have to follow him outside.
It will be quite a long walk as he’s slow.
Try to talk Hank down
After reaching the destination, he’ll threaten to kill you.
Here, you can either persuade or attack him.
I failed to persuade him so I ended up defeating him.
There’ll be some credits and ammo in his body.
Return to Trevor
Head back to Trevor to explain what had happened.
The mission ends here. You’ll earn 3,700 credits, 50 iron and a Deimos set.
The Deimos set includes a pack, cap, helmet and a spacesuit.
