You can change the ingredients or temperature to do so.
You will then need to wait 24 in-game hours before the next objective. Here’s how you can fast forward time.

After the 24 hours is up, go to Stoneroot Inn.

Return to Sarah Filburn
To complete the mission, go back to Sarah Filburn.
