Happy Birthday (1935) is a main mission in Mafia: Definitive Edition.
Your task is to sneak into a cruise ship and kill the councilor Ghilotti.

Meet Salieri
The first objective is to meet Salieri who is in his room upstairs.
Get to the docks
Next, head to the docks to meet Sam and Paulie. It’s in Central Island.
Find Sam
Enter the docks and you’ll see many people waiting to board the ship.
Look towards the left side and you’ll find Sam waiting near a door.
Find the unconscious sailor
Sam will open the door beside him.
Look for the sailor inside the toilet to grab his clothes.
Follow Sam and board the ship
After changing to your uniform, follow Sam.
When you’re ready, board the Steamboat.
Ask the crew about the janitor
While on board, you have to find the gun and the janitor knows where.
Ask one of the crew members and he’ll tell you where the janitor is.
Talk to the janitor
The janitor is in the engine room. Look for him.
Pick up the key in the engine room before looking for the gun.
Retrieve the gun
Head to the toilet directly above the engine room.
Before you can reach the area, someone recognizes you as Salieri’s man.
Defeat him with your fists.
Enter the toilet to take the gun.
Find a vantage point
Next, you need to reach the top point of the ship. A crew member will open the door. Just enter using that door.
Go upstairs and head to the part of the ship that oversees the dinner function.
Wait for the fireworks and kill Ghilotti
At the vantage point, just wait for the speech to be over and the fireworks will start.
Once the fireworks are on, kill Ghilotti.
Escape to speedboat
Turn back to escape to the speedboat. Some of the thugs will arrive.
You’ll need to battle your way down the boat.
Head to the bottom to wait for the boat. Make a U-turn and you’ll see more enemies coming.
As you’re battling more enemies, Sam and Paulie will arrive on a speedboat.
Jump into it to complete the mission.
