Election Campaign (1938) is one of the last missions in Mafia: Definitive Edition.
Your task is to kill a politician who is against the Salieri family.

Talk to Vincenzo
The first objective is to meet up with Vincenzo.
Get to the prison
Next, drive to the prison in Central Island.
Find a way into the prison
To get into the prison, just climb over the fence.
You’ll meet a guy who’s waiting for you.
Next, look for the hole that leads to the sewers.
Use the sewers and you’ll find a hobo who seems to be against you. You can kill him off.
Continue ahead after the hobo, and towards either the right or left, there’s a ladder that leads to the prison compound.
Continue to make your way to the prison. To open the cell door, use the lever.
Get to the guard tower
Now, make your way to the guard tower. Look for the room where a woman is standing at the end. Towards the left of the woman, there’s another pathway.
You will then reach the staircase area but the cell door is locked. Use the lever to open it.
Here, climb the stairs up to the top.
There will be two hobos who will block you. You can take them down.
At the top floor, look for the levers. Use them to open the cell doors.
Get to the building’s B Wing.
Next, look for the door which says Guard Tower.
Here, use the stairs and climb all the way up to the top.
Take the rifle
At the top of the guard tower, walk along the path and you’ll find a rifle at the end.
Kill the politician
After taking the rifle, kill the politician.
Escape from the prison
Now, the police will start arriving at the prison.
As you’re running away, Tommy will fall down due to a building collapse.
After waking up, kick down the door.
You’ll see a blockade. To get to the next side, use the door on the right and come out on the other side of the blockade.
Now, look for the path that leads downstairs. As you jump down, watch out for the cops.
Take out the cops and get to this area (image below).
To open the cell door, use the lever in the room on the right.
In the next area, open the door to the middle room and you’ll find a path that goes downwards.
Continue to make your way out and you’ll reach the staircase section of the prison again. Take out the cops waiting at the area.
Make your way down the stairs and you’ll reach the entrance of the building.
Kill the cops outside.
Lose the cops
To escape, you can grab any of the cars and run off.
There will be a level 5 wanted status and you need to lose the cops.
You can use those construction areas (white icon on the map) to lose them.
Drive home
After losing the cops, drive home to meet Sarah.
