Dream On is a side mission / job continuation involving Peralez in Cyberpunk 2077.
Your objective is to find out who intruded Peralez’s penthouse.
Here’s a walkthrough of Dream On in Cyberpunk 2077.
Go to the Peralezes’ penthouse
To begin the mission, head to their luxury apartment. The location is marked on the map.
You will only get this mission after completing the previous one titled I Fought The Law (assuming you told the truth).
To enter the building, use the intercom. Then, use the elevator to get up.
Talk to Jefferson
Sit down and talk to Jefferson Peralez.
You can just ask questions to understand what happened.
Talk to Elizabeth
Next, talk to Elizabeth. She’ll ask if you need a tour or if you want to explore yourself.
It’s really up to you.
Examine the apartment
I chose to let her show the place.
You can scan the area for items.
One of the more important things to scan is the bloodstain on the floor.
Follow the blood trail
The blood trail is marked by squares in scanner mode. Just follow the trail.
You’ll then be led to a room which is locked.
To force open the door, you need a certain amount of Body attribute.
Get to the rooftop
Inside the secret room, you can climb up the ladder.
Open the hatch and go up to the rooftop.
You’ll then see a strange satellite dish. Scan it first.
Find the transmission source
As for the transmission source, you can see it from the satellite dish on the rooftop.
If you look far away, you’ll find it (in scanner mode as shown below).
Follow the cables
From the satellite dish, follow the cables down.
Then, scan the strange device in the secret room.
Continue to follow the cables.
You will reach the big television.
If you have level 12 technical ability, you can fix it.
You will then discover that SSI has been spying on the couple.
Talk to Elizabeth
Return to Elizabeth to deliver your findings.
Look for the surveillance van
Next, head to the surveillance van as marked in the map.
You will want to get a ride first. Johnny will advise you anyway.
As you reach the compound, approach the van and the van will move off.
Follow the surveillance van
The van moves quite fast. You’ll have to follow it all the way without going out of range too long.
Connect to the van’s access point
Once you reach the destination, you have to connect to the van’s access point.
The base is however filled with guards. You can try to get in quietly to avoid a fight.
If you do get spotted, you’ll need to neutralize all of the attackers.
Once the area is secure, jack into the access point to find out what’s going on.
You’ll learn that the Peralezes’ have been brainwashed by an unknown group.
Call Elizabeth
Talk to Elizabeth on the phone.
Meet at the ramen shop
Next, meet Elizabeth at the ramen shop as marked on the map. It’s in Japantown.
Sit with her
Sit down and talk to her. After learning the truth, she’ll ask you not to tell her husband.
Meet with Jefferson
Next, head to Jefferson’s location as marked in the map.
Talk to him and you can choose to either tell the truth or lie to him.
I chose to tell the truth, i.e. “It’s not Holt. You’re being brainwashed”.
At this point, I’m not sure about the consequences yet. Elizabeth Peralez did block me on the phone after this.
