To begin the mission, call Reed and talk to him.
Go to the vantage point
Head to the vantage point marked by Reed.
As vehicles come to the intersection, keep scanning them. Eventually you’ll see the car where the netrunners are in.
Go to the car
After identifying the car, head to the parking lot to find the car.
Open the trunk and enter
Next, open the trunk and enter the trunk.

Wait for the right moment to take control of the car

Put on the netrunner’s outfit
Next, put on the netrunner outfit.
Enter the car
Now that you’re ready, enter the car and use your new face that you stole from the dead guy.
