The Seas of Fate is a quest that starts in Rygjafylke in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
Your task is to leave Fornburg for England, together with Sigurd and some of the men.
Here’s a walkthrough of The Seas of Fate in AC Valhalla.

Find and speak to Sigurd
In Fornburg, look for Sigurd who is hiding in the longhouse together with his men. Enter through the front door.
Inside the longhouse, Sigurd schemes to leave Fornburg and make new settlement in England, as he doesn’t agree with his father’s decision.
Take resources to England or leave them
Here, you have to choose between leaving the resources for Styrbjorn or taking them to England. If you choose to take them, it will make Sigurd disappointed and later angers Styrbjorn.
We’re not sure about the long term consequences yet.
Speak to Sigurd at the docks
When you’re ready to leave, talk to Sigurd at the docks.
Board the longship
After the cutscenes, board the longship to leave for England.
Get back to the animus
You will then be transported to Layla (sigh) in the present time. You can examine the bones which actually belong to Eivor.
Head back to the house to trigger the cutscene.
Return to the animus when you’re ready to play as Eivor again.
The quest ends after you get back to Eivor.
