To begin the quest, head back to Ravensthorpe. Enter the longhouse and a cutscene will load.

Dag will ask Eivor what had happened to Sigurd and that he knows Eivor’s true nature.

After speaking to Dag, Eivor will deliver the news to Randvi; that Sigurd’s arm was found and he is still missing.
