Crashing the Auction is a main mission under Mary Kelley in Watch Dogs: Legion.
Your task is to infiltrate the auction and look for evidence to help Kaitlin Lau.

Acquire an invitation from a delivery drone
Look for a delivery drone nearby. Scan it and choose ‘drop cargo’. Pick up the cargo.
Investigate the slave auction
Next, you need to investigate the slave auction located in Islington and Hackney.
Spy on the auction
Look for the ctOS hub at the building. Hack it to spy on the auction.
Eavesdrop on the traffickers
You’ll then get access to this camera (image below).
Scan the room and look for another camera downstairs. Hijack that camera.
You will then see two slaves through the other camera.
Find an access key
In the next room, look for the access key. Hijack the camera at the other side of the room.
You’ll then get a good look of the key. Hack it to download.
Investigate the basement
Once you’ve resumed control of the operative, you can access the building.
Inside, there’ll be a couple of guards but there are also a few traps you can use.
Get rid of the guards and head to the basement.
You will then reach a presentation room. Interact with the device on the table.
Leave the basement
Escape the basement to continue. You’ll then see a guard waiting here. Take him out first.
Hack the supervisor
Next, you have to hack the supervisor. Look for the stairs to reach this room.
In this room, there are plenty of guards on both floors. Make your way to the upper floor and you’ll see the supervisor.
You can kill the supervisor first and then hack the person.
Leave the area to complete the mission.
