Top Secrets is a Ryujin Industries mission available in Starfield.
Your objective is to get the slate about Project Dominion for Ularu Chen.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of Top Secrets in Starfield.
To begin the mission, go to the Executive Offices at Ryujin Tower.
Talk to Maeve
Speak to the receptionist Maeva Salini first.
Talk to Ularu Chen
Enter the room to talk to Ularu Chen who will be giving the next mission.
During the conversation, Imogene will give you the usual answer “Razor derby is the only real sport”.
Go to Cydonia
The intel provider is at Cydonia on Mars in the Sol system.
Talk to Simon Ryczen
Enter Cydonia and talk to Simon Ryczen.
As rehearsed before, choose the first option when talking about sports.
You will then be given a few options. You can persuade Simon to charge cheaper for the intel, or pay 10000 credits or help him with a side job.
If you manage to persuade him, he’ll charge 8000 credits instead. I chose to do the side job as 8000 credits is quite a lot considering the reward is around there.
Retrieve Malai Liskova’s gun
If you took the side job, you’ll need to go to Saturn’s orbit to find Malai Liskova’s ship.
When you arrive, you’ll be contacted by Malai on her ship The Datura.
Now, you can choose to attack her or the other peaceful options.
I chose to persuade her by asking for her gun.
Go to The Datura and dock.
Board the ship and confront Malai.
She’ll then mention that she never intended to give away her gun. You can however, try to persuade her.
If you manage to persuade her, she’ll give you the gun. Otherwise, you may have to kill her.
I managed to persuade her and received the gun Ember.
Return to Simon
After getting the gun, go back to Simon.
He’ll see the gun and chooses to give it back to you, so you can keep it as your own.
Listen to the audio and read the file
Next, go to your inventory to listen to Audio: Stanley McMillan and read the file on the same.
Retrieve the Project Dominion files
Next, go to the office in the same area to retrieve the files on Project Dominion.
You’ll see Stanley sitting at the desk where the computer is. Talk to him. Tell him there’s a break in at Luxe Condominiums.
Wait for him to leave first and then access Stanley’s Computer.
Choose the Project Dominion file.
Return to Ularu Chen
Deliver the slate you received to Ularu Chen.
Then, follow her as she leads you to Masako.
Talk to Masako Imada
Speak to Masako Imada.
The mission ends here. You’ll earn 10000 credits among other things.
