Fueling Greatness is a side mission available at the Trident Luxury Lines Staryard in Starfield.
Your objective is to buy a Velocity for Gladys Coffin.

To begin the mission, talk to Gladys. You’ll find her on the Trident Luxury Lines Staryard when you’re doing another mission for Ryujin Industries.
You can then try to get her to celebrate and she’ll ask you to buy a Velocity from Neon.
Get a Velocity for Gladys Coffin
Go to Madam Sauvage’s Place in Neon.
You have different Velocity options here to choose from. Velocity Blue is fine.
Return to Gladys Coffin
Once you’ve bought the Velocity, go back to Gladys Coffin.
The mission ends here and you’ll make 2500 credits.
