Maintaining the Edge is a Ryujin Industries mission in Starfield.
Your objective is to steal a schematic from the Trident Luxury Lines Staryard.

To begin the mission, talk to Imogene.
Go to the Trident Luxury Lines Staryard
Then, head over to Akila. You can fast travel to the Trident Luxury Lines Staryard.
Make your way to the Staryard and dock there.
Steal the schematics
Board the Staryard and look for the schematics which is inside a locked room. There’s a NPC named Gladys there that you can talk to and you’ll start another unrelated mission (Fueling Greatness).
To open the locked door, check if you’re hidden first. Then, unlock it with a Digipick.
Go inside the room and close the door. Activate the shutters to prevent detection.
Then, unlock the chest to take the schematics.
Return to Imogene
Go back to Imogene at Ryujin Tower to complete the mission.
You’ll earn 2500 credits.
