The Key Ingredient is a Ryujin Industries mission in Starfield.
Your objective is to obtain the Ryujin Rothicite Shipment.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of The Key Ingredient in Starfield.
To begin the mission, talk to Masako and Veena.
Go to Carinae III-A
Next, head over to Carinae III-A in the Carinae system.
Land at CM Station RC-1.
Find the rothicite shipment
The main objective is to investigate CM Station RC-1 and obtain the rothicite rhipment that was never delivered.
Go towards the building and you’ll see a lot of enemies. Use the Sense Star Stuff power to see the enemies in the building.
Enter and get rid of all the Ecliptic soldiers.
You’ll reach a cave area. Take out all the Ecliptic members. Go towards the elevator.
Activate the elevator.
You’ll reach another building. Take out the Ecliptic members.
The Ecliptic Specialist’s body will have the Contract Orders. Loot from his body.
Also, check the CM Station RC-1 computer to find out what’s going on.
Read the Contract Orders
Then, read the Contract Orders in your inventory to learn that the shipment went to The Clinic.
Go to The Clinic
Then, go back to your ship and travel to The Clinic in the Narion system.
Retrieve the rothicite shipment
Inside The Clinic, you’ll see a Freestar guard blocking access to The Wing.
Persuade him to enter.
Inside, you’ll see Kendrick Lane.
Tell the other doctor that Infinity LTD sent you.
Then, talk to Dr. Lane.
You can lie to him saying Infinity LTD sent you.
Also, you can ask him for the rothicite shipment.
Take the rothicite shipment from the table. If you didn’t talk to him, you’ll just need to steal it.
Talk to Veena
Return to Veena at Ryujin Tower.
Deliver the shipment to her.
Talk to Masako
Finally, talk to Masako to tell her what had happened with the shipment.
The mission ends here. You’ll earn 4000 credits among other items.
