Guilty Parties is a Ryujin Industries mission in Starfield.
Your objective is to look for Imogene who may have betrayed Ryujin.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of Guilty Parties in Starfield.
To begin the mission, look for Imogene on the Operations Floor.
Talk to Yuko
Then, talk to Yuko as Imogene is missing.
(Optional) Talk to Dalton
You can either try to find Imogene in the Seokguh Syndicate Hideout or ask Dalton for help. I chose the latter as it leads to a more peaceful option.
Talk to Dalton.
If you have the negotiation skill, he’ll give you something to say to Benjamin Bayu.
Talk to Benjamin Bayu
Look for Benjamin Bayu at the VIP area in the Astral Lounge.
You can persuade him for the mutual benefit of Ryujin and himself.
Another way is to say Dalton will offer his full support at the next fundraiser. This option is available if you ask Dalton for help.
(Optional) Talk to Franchesca “Frankie” Moore
Next, go to Frankie’s in the Ebbside area.
If you had gained help from Benjamin Bayu, she’ll let you in the Seokguh Hideout.
Enter the Seokguh Syndicate Hideout which is inside her shop. Interact with the fridge to enter.
If you didn’t have permission, you may need to access the building from outside.
Find Imogene
Now that you’re in, find Imogene. The guards won’t attack you if you had permission.
Talk to Imogene in her room.
Decide Imogene’s Fate
You can then decide to either trust her and deliver the data to Dalton, or try to attack her.
The better option is to deliver the data.
(Optional) Talk to Yuko
Return to Dalton and Yuko will appear out of nowhere.
I just said it’s none of her business and she left.
(Optional) Confront Ularu
There’s an optional objective to confront Ularu. It may be the better option as she might tell the truth.
You can tell her you have evidence that she’s the mole.
You can then persuade her to tell the truth.
She’ll admit that she leaked Project Dominion to Infinity LTD.
The next part is to choose whether you want to side with her or Masako.
She intends to get rid of Masako. I chose to side with Masako instead. This will play out on the last mission.
If you had chosen to side with Ularu, she’ll tell you to pretend that nothing has happened as she executes her plan; and it will probably affect the last mission.
Talk to Dalton
When you’re done, talk to Dalton to deliver the data.
The mission ends here. You’ll earn 4000 credits.
