The Bounty That Got Away is a side mission available in Cydonia in Starfield.
Your objective is to help a Trackers Alliance Agent place a sensor at the top of the old Mars launchpad tower.

To begin the mission, talk to the Trackers Alliance Agent inside Cydonia and offer to help her.
Go to the Mars Launchpad
You can then fast travel to the Mars Launchpad.
Place the sensor
At the launchpad, look up and you’ll see where you need to place the sensor.
To go up, you may need a jetpack. You can also go to the opposite building which has stairs.
Head as high as you can and continue to climb using a jetpack.
At the top, you can cross over to the other side.
Place the sensor at the marked spot.
Return to the agent
When you’re done, return to the agent to complete the mission.
You’ll earn 4300 credits.
