Executive Level is a Ryujin Industries mission available in Neon of Starfield.
Your objective is to lobby the board members on whether Ryujin buys over Infinity LTD and whether the research on Internal Neuroamps continue.

Lobby board members for Internal Neuroamp and Infinity LTD
You’ll need to lobby board members on two issues, i.e. whether Ryujin Industries buys over Infinity LTD and whether the research on Internal Neuroamp should continue.
The decision the Neuroamp seems to affect what the companions think. They generally disagree with Ryujin continuing the research.
With the Internal Neuroamp in your character, you can manipulate board members to agree with you. Even Ularu can agree with you.
You just need 4/7 members to agree with something for it to pass.
Talk to all of the board members starting with Ularu. The choice is up to you.
Attend the meeting
After you’re done lobbying the board members, attend the meeting.
The first agenda is to catch Ularu as a mole (if you had agreed to side with Masako).
Talk to Masako
After the meeting, talk to Masako to complete the mission.
You’ll earn credits and some other items.
