Starborn is a Constellation main story mission in Starfield.
Your objective is to deal with the Helix and have a meeting with the Constellation members.

Grav jump to anywhere
After departing from Neon, you’ll be confronted with Helix whose identity is unknown.
You can then choose to blast them or do full evasive maneuvers. I personally chose to run away by grav jumping to any other place.
Talk to Noel
Head back to The Lodge.
Talk to Noel.
You’ll then need to observe the meeting between the Constellation members about Starborn and where they possibly originated from.
The mission ends after the dialogue. You’ll earn 7500 credits among other things.
