Search and Seizure is a side mission available in Starfield.
Your objective is to interview a few port workers and find out which ship is smuggling contraband.

To begin the mission, talk to Sergeant Yumi at the UC Security Office.
Speak to the port workers
Then, head to the Spaceport landing pad and talk to the port workers. One of the workers will mention the ship number that he finds suspicious.
Meet Agent Plato
Next, go to Aegis at the MAST building.
Talk to Agent Plato. He’ll give you a slate on the potential smugglers.
Check the potential smuggler ships on the slate. You’ll notice that the Anansi ship is the one suspected by the port worker based on the ship number UC-576B.
Talk to Sergeant Yumi
Return to Yumi to report. You can choose between Anansi, Jade Swan, Clair de Lune or Izanagi. The correct answer is Anansi.
If you had chosen any other answer, the mission ends and you still get paid but less.
Obtain the contraband
After choosing the Anansi ship, go to the landing pad and enter the ship.
Go to the hatch and then use the ladder.
You’ll reach the cockpit. Look at the cargo hold and you’ll find the contraband. Take the contraband.
If you acquire the contraband, you will be offered 2500 credits as a bribe, or even higher if you have the negotiation skill.
I chose to pass.
This means Malawi Ndiaye and her crew will start attacking you. Take them down.
Return to Yumi
Go back to Sergeant Yumi to complete the mission. You’ll earn 4300 credits.
