The Saint And The Sinner (1932) is a mission in Mafia: Definitive Edition.
Your task is to go to the brothel, take care of the manager and a prostitute, and blow the place up.

During the cutscene, Salieri is pissed as Johnny survived the car wreck. Paulie thought he was dead in the previous mission.
Paulie and Sam are now in charge of silencing Johnny, and Tommy has a different job. He has to head to the brothel who suddenly chose not to serve Salieri.
The job is to blow up the brothel.
Collect the bomb
Firstly, head to Vincenzo’s to collect the bomb. You can also pick up different weapons from the storage area in his place.
Meet Sam
Enter the car and talk to Sam. He’ll ask you to spare a prostitute named Michelle as he knows her.
Drive to St. Michael’s Church
Next, drive Sam to the church to deal with Johnny.
Head to Corleone Hotel
After dropping Sam in front of the church, go to Corleone Hotel where the brothel is.
Find Michelle
There are two objectives here, i.e. find Michelle and the manager.
You can deal with Michelle first.
Towards the right of the entrance, there’s a reception area.
There is a door that leads to the back of the reception. Inside the room, you may find a book which says Michelle is in room 208.
Go up two floors and look for room 208.
Kick down the door of room 208 and a cutscene will load. Tommy will allow Michelle to run away and he will pass the cash given by Sam earlier.
Find the Manager
Next, you have to find the Manager. The clue for the Manager’s whereabouts is in a room on the 2nd floor as well.
He’s located at the lounge.
Go to the ground floor and look for the lounge. Kill the Manager but be prepared to deal with his guards.
Reach the Manager’s office
Next, you need to find the Manager’s office which is located at the top of the building.
Before you can get there, you have to kill the guards first.
You need to keep going up stairs but you will encounter guards on each floor and in most areas.
Keep going until you reach an outdoor space. Take out the guards as you walk through the outdoor area.
Continue clearing the area until you reach the manager’s office.
Inside the office, take the cash, read the documents and plant the bomb.
You have to plant the bomb on the main desk.
After putting the bomb, the police will swarm the whole building. The bomb will explode and Tommy jumps to the next rooftop.
Find a way up to the rooftops
Keep climbing up. You will find the stairs.
Go up the stairs as you crouch because the police will keep shooting at you from the ground.
Escape over the rooftops
More cops await on the rooftop. Get rid of them as you proceed ahead.
After clearing the police, go through the door.
You will then reach the church. You need to cross over to the church.
There’s a ladder on the ground that you can use.
Escape through the church
Once you’re in the church, use the stairs to go all the way down.
A cutscene will load and Johnny spots you.
Kill Johnny
Take out all of the guards in the church and chase after Johnny as he goes upstairs.
In each level, you will encounter more guards. Kill them all.
Johnny will head to the upper floor again. Chase after him and he’ll eventually go back down to the ground floor.
During the cutscene, Sam will end up killing Johnny.
Escape to Salieri’s
Now, you need to escape from the church with Sam. There’s a cigarette card on the way out.
As you get out, you will see that the cops are waiting.
Get into the hearse parked in front of the church and Sam will follow you.
Lose the cops
You will need to lose the cops first.
Head to Salieri’s
Once the cops are clear, go back to Salieri’s and the mission ends.
