Enter Jig-Jig Street to find her place.
Talk to Wakako and she’ll ask you to collect the reward from a ripperdoc instead.
Get to Cassius Ryder’s ripperdoc shop
Next, head to Watson, Northside. The location is shown in the map.
Get to Cassius Ryder’s ripperdoc shop.
Talk to Cassius and get the free Tattoo: Tyger Claws Dermal Imprint. It allows you to use the smart-targeting module.
