The Gift is a side mission / job in Cyberpunk 2077.
Your main objective is to retrieve the ping quickhack from the netrunner.
Here’s a walkthrough of The Gift in Cyberpunk 2077.

Retrieve the Ping quickhack
First of all, meet the netrunner at the location marked on your map.
You will notice that the netrunner’s shop is at the upper part of a building.
To get up there, you should look for the stairs to go up to the bridge.
The stairs are shown in the image below.
Use the stairs, get on the bridge and head towards the shop.
Talk to Yoko and tell her T-Bug sent to grab a program.
Choose the “ping” in the shop menu.
Equip the Ping quickhack
Go to your inventory to equip the quickhack. It’s under the cyberware section.
Upload Ping to the camera
Inside the shop, there’s a surveillance camera. Hack the camera and choose “ping”.
Connect to the access point
After pinging, follow the wire to the access point.
Go near it and “jack in” to hack it.
Here, you need to do the usual code matrix.
