Queen on the Highway is a side job / mission involving Panam in Cyberpunk 2077.
Your objective is to meet Panam again after the Basilisk is ready.
Here’s a walkthrough of Queen On The Highway in Cyberpunk 2077.

Talk to Panam
From the previous job, you have to leave Aldecaldo’s camp and wait 1 day. You can fast-forward time to skip the waiting.
Panam will then call you.
Meet with Panam
Get back to Aldecaldo’s camp to talk to Panam.
Get in the Basilisk
The Basilisk is now ready. You can enter from the top.
I chose “Nice and cozy in here”. Not sure if it makes a difference for later.
Drive past the wind turbines
The first part of the practice is to just drive past the wind turbines.
You simply have to go to the marked turbine and then either make a right or left turn last minute (according to what Panam says).
Shoot at the targets
The next one is to use the turret to shoot at five targets.
Sex scene
After the practice, there is a romance option.
You can choose “[Let Panam touch you] Oh, yeah. Let’s go”.
This will lead to sex between V and Panam inside the Basilisk.
Defeat the Raffen Shiv
The sex will be interrupted as the Raffen Shiv attacks the Aldecaldo’s camp.
Go back to the camp site and kill all of the 28 Raffen Shiv forces.
Meet with Saul
Saul will call for a meeting. He decides to make Panam the leader of the clan.
Follow Panam
After the meeting, follow Panam.
You can either drink a beer or a lemonade from the bar. You’ll have to stand behind the bar to get the prompt.
After leaving, V will collapse from his brain injury.
Talk to Panam
V will then wake up at the new camp site.
Here, you have to explain to Panam what’s going on.
Talk to nomads
You will then be greeted by Mitch and Saul. Choose to stay for a bit or go off.
Either way, you’ll probably have to follow Panam.
Talk to Panam
Before you leave, you can choose to kiss Panam if you use the first option. The mission ends here.
