Lightning Breaks is a main mission / job in Cyberpunk 2077.
Your objective is to try and get Hellman’s vehicle down using EMP.
Here’s a walkthrough of Lightning Breaks in Cyberpunk 2077.
Danger: Moderate.
Talk to Panam
Meet Panam at midnight near the motel. Talk to her.
She’ll then explain about her plan to use EMP to bring down the AV.
Enter the vehicle and she’ll drive you there.
Shoot the target
You will then need to try out the turret.
Use it to shoot the targets. There are three targets in total.
One is in front of you. The second target is on the left and the last one is also nearby.
She’ll then ask you what the plan is. You can choose any option below.
Take out the power plant security
Once Panam drives you towards the power plant, the security bots will appear.
Use the turret to destroy all of them.
Overheat the terminals
She’ll then drive into the building. Get out of the vehicle and overheat the terminals.
There are three terminals.
Press detonator
Towards the end, you just have to detonate the EMP.
The mission ends here.
