She’ll ask you to gather ingredients and one of them is laver.

To begin the side mission, talk to Patty who is at the beach near Banges Port.
Where to find laver (location)
You can find laver on the beach to the left (west) of Banges Port on the map. The exact location is shown in the map below, marked by the player location.
The laver is on the sandy part itself. You don’t need to enter the water.
Pick enough of them to hand them over to Patty.
