There are different types of chests in the newly launched game Tower of Fantasy.
One type of chest is called the password chest and you can open them with either perfect decipher or forced decipher.
If not mistaken, these chests or some of them can respawn.
Here’s how to decide whether to use perfect decipher or forced decipher in opening password chests in Tower of Fantasy.
Perfect decipher vs forced decipher
When opening a password chest, you will be given an option between perfect decipher and forced decipher. Both options work.
The perfect decipher gives you more resources and experience points each time you open, but they require chips.
If you force it open, you will still get resources and experience points but at a depleted rate.
Luckily, if the chests can respawn, you can just force open them if you run out of chips. This is to maximize the number of chests you open if you play this game hardcore.
There are different types of password chests and you will require different types of chips (e.g. Type 1 chip) to open them.
These chips can be obtained from bounty missions and mission rewards.
