Tourists Go Home is a side mission available in New Homestead in Starfield.
Your objective is to put on a monster costume and scare off a group of tourists.

To begin the mission, talk to Dr. Giuliana at the medic area in New Homestead.
Put on the Monster Costume
Go to your inventory and find the Monster Costume under the spacesuit section.
Scare the tourists
Go outside of the building and look for the group of tourists marked on the screen.
Head there and scare the tourists off.
Return to Giuliana
Go back to Dr. Giuliana to complete the mission. You’ll earn 3000 credits but the Monster Costume is given back.
