Saburo’s Solution is a side mission available in Neon in Starfield.
Your objective is to distribute flyers to Neon merchants.

To begin the mission, go to the mining store in Neon (Volii Alpha). Talk to the boss Saburo.
Distribute flyers to merchants
You’ll basically need to distribute flyers to five different merchants in Neon. The option to ask is usually there but not all merchants will accept.
Below you’ll find the five merchants that will accept the flyer.
The first one is Newill’s Goods.
Next is Legrandes Liquors which is opposite Newill’s Goods.
Head on over to Sieghart’s Outfitters to distribute a flyer.
Then, go to Reliant Medical to hand a flyer. You can talk to Doctor Manning there to unlock another mission.
Lastly, go to The Emporium.
Return to Saburo
Go back to Saburo after distributing the flyers. The mission ends here and you’ll earn 1,800 credits.
