Ghost of Tsushima is a game with day and night cycles that are pretty realistic.
Attacking an enemy base during the day feels quite different from doing the job at night.
Unfortunately, there’s no express button to change from day to night like in Assassin’s Creed.
Here’s another way to sort of change the time of day in Ghost of Tsushima.
Fast travel to another area
One way to move time quickly seems to be by way of fast traveling.
Once you’ve unlocked certain areas on the map, including liberated areas, you will be able to fast travel to those places.
Time passes quickly when you fast travel, but we’re not sure if the distance is proportional to the time taken.
If you fast travel somewhere else and then fast travel back to the destination, you may be able to move from day to night.
You can change the weather
Even though there isn’t a button to set the time of the day, you can however change the weather.
Just play your flute to change the weather. You will get between rainy, sunny, foggy and thunderstorms.
