Your objective is to help transport a distressed man to a nearby ripperdoc.

To begin the job, go to the location marked in the map below, at Little China in Watson.
Go to the marked area and a guy will suddenly appear.
Talk to Jesse
The distressed man named Jesse will ask for your help. Talk to him.
Grab a car and pick up the distressed man
Then, grab the car outside and pick up the distressed man.
Head to the ripperdoc that is marked on your map. Just listen to the dialogue in the car on the way there.
After reaching the destination, he’ll leave the car.
Wait some time
After fetching Jesse (Flaming Crotch Man), you have to wait some time and he’ll call you to say that he has transferred some credits.
The mission ends here.
