Go to The Eye
First of all, head to The Eye orbiting Jemison. Go near the station to board it.
Check in on everyone
You’ll need to check in on everyone. Talk to Barrett.
He’ll ask you to test the computer.
Then, talk to Sarah Morgan.
She’ll ask you to use the wrenches.
Speak to Vladimir
Lastly, talk to Vladimir. The mission ends here and you’ll earn 4000 credits among other things.
