Curator is a quest that is available in the Downtown region of Goat Simulator 3.
Your objective is to spray paint four of the graffiti in the city.
Here’s a guide and rough location of Curator in Goat Simulator 3.

Restore the street art
When you reach the area, you’ll see a guy painting on the wall. Grab the spray paint named Baanksy.
Use it on the wall and it’s your first street art.
Two other street art are located on buildings with the same brick walls. One of them is a flower.
The other one is a goat, and this one is at the same building as the comedy bar, but on the rooftop instead.
The last one is harder to find. Look for the red stairs in the middle of the city. There are fans above the stairs. Use it to go up.
From the top, look towards Tellus Plaza and glide there if you have wings. Go to the stairs area of the Plaza.
Go up the stairs and you’ll find the final street art.
