To begin the quest, talk to Aratani who is located in Inazuma City.
Talk to Chang the Ninth
Next, head to Qingce Village in Liyue. The location is marked on the map below.
Climb up the hill and talk to Chang the Ninth.
Talk to Xingqiu
Xingqiu is the second writer but she goes by a different name. Talk to her at the Wanwen Bookstore in Liyue Harbor.
Return to Aratani
Once you’re done, go back to Aratani in Inazuma.
