Cecilia Garden is an area in the Anemo region where you need to unlock to access its domain in Genshin Impact.
If you unlock it, you will be able to access the Domain of Forgery: Submerged Valley.
Here’s how you can unlock Cecilia Garden in Genshin Impact.
Cecilia Garden location
You will find Cecilia Garden slightly northwest of Wolvendom / west of Mondstadt.
The location is shown in the map below.
How to unlock Cecilia Garden
As you arrive, you will meet a number of enemies. You may want to get rid of them first.
Then, you will see a wind statue / monument in the middle which is locked by magic.
There are four seelie statues / wisp statues surrounding the wind statue.
You have to get four wisps to enter their respective statues for it to work.
Two of the wisps should already be very near the statues.
The third one is blocked by a wind barrier and there’s a wind statue inside the barrier as well.
Climb up on the pillar and jump inside the wind barrier. Use your wind blast to activate the wind statue to remove the barrier.
Bring the wisp to the wisp statue.
The fourth wisp is hidden behind some rocks (image below). You will be able to see the rocks if you stand on the domain entrance.
Break the rocks and free the wisp.
Once all four wisps have entered their statues, the wind statue is unlocked.
Use your wind blast to activate it.
Cecilia Garden will then be unlocked.
You should be able to access the Domain of Forgery: Submerged Valley.
