The Proscribed, Hidden In Plain Sight is an Archon quest under Chapter 4 Act 3 of Genshin Impact.
Your objective is to look for clues day by day on Childe.

Like always, you’ll need to start the day with working at the production zone.
Process widget
Just like before, repeat the steps on processing the widget and submit the widget to Grainville.
After work, a senior worker Rowan will approach you and talk about some hidden rules where those who work for 3 days in a row may disappear.
Work in the production zone for 3 days in a row
You’ll be introduced to the Stage Objective. It basically tells you what you need to do to actually advance the story quest.
The first one is to apply for continuous working shifts with Grainville.
Go back to the production zone and ask for a continuous 3-day work.
After 3 days, you’ll be back at the Cafeteria but the meat looks bizarre.
Walk around and look for more clues
You’ll see three areas marked on your map to search for clues. Talk to all those people that are marked.
Deakin is also one of them. If you had praised him in front of the Duke in a previous quest, he’ll give you Credit Coupons.
Talk to Sigewinne as well.
In another area, talk to Rowan and Lynette.
There’s also a research notebook in the tunnel near Lynette.
When you’re done, go back to the dormitories to rest.
Go to the Pankration Ring
The next part of the stage objective is to go to the Pankration Ring.
You’ll be taught on the mechanism. Just need to hit the targets in the order they came up. Do it five rounds and you’re done.
Collins will then tell you about a hidden rule, i.e. people disappear if they bet on both competitors.
The next day, go back to the Pankration Ring but only if you have 3000 Credit Coupons.
After betting on both competitors, you’ll receive a gift the next day. It contains a bottle of red liquid.
Walk around and look for clues
Once again, you’ll need to talk to people to look for clues on the red liquid. Talk to the Fonta promoter.
Then, go back to the Pankration Ring and talk to Collins about the gift.
Also, look at the pile of papers near the ring.
Then, head to the cafeteria.
For the next day, you can choose to work in the production zone for Credit Coupons.
The quest ends after your character wakes up again and the Stage Objective is completed.
