Delusion is an archon quest under Omnipresence Over Mortals in Genshin Impact.
Your task is to find out where the Delusions are kept and destroy the supply.

To begin the quest, speak to Sangonomiya Kokomi.
Enter the Delusion Factory
Look for the Delusion Factory near the Jakotsu Mines.
Within the marked area, look for a small hole which is the entrance to the factory. It’s beside a pile of breakable rocks.
Once you’re in, you will face Fatui members. Take out the first wave of Fatui members.
Remember to get the amulet in the area.
Then, use the elevator (platform) to get to the next area. More Fatui members to defeat here.
Take the amulet again.
Next, head to the moving platforms. You’ll need to jump from one platform to another to go up.
After gathering all the amulets, go to the main door and open it.
Inside, you’ll face more Fatui members.
You will also need to defeat a Mirror Maiden named Factory Superintendent (Natashka).
After you’re done, you will meet Scaramouche in a cutscene. The quest ends here.
