Frist of all, head outside of Liyue Harbor at the location shown in the map.
Take in the view of Liyue Harbor to begin the quest.
Talk to Atsuko
Next, meet Atsuko who is in Liyue Harbor. The location is provided in the map. She’ll know more about Inazuma.
Head to Beidou’s ship
Next, go to Beidou’s ship which is located southeast of Guyun Stone Forest.
Climb to the top of the mountain and glide all the way to the ship (Alcor).
Go to the tournament area
Beidou will convince you to join the tournament. Head to the tournament area in the Guyun Stone Forest area.
Size up the other competitors
Once you’re there, talk to the other competitors first.
Talk to Zhuhan
When you’re done, talk to Zhuhan to register for the tournament.
