Escape Academy Demo Walkthrough And Guide

Escape Academy is a new game on Steam and the demo for it is now free to be downloaded.

It’s basically an escape room type of game but on PC instead. The demo has been quite fun so far and the game releases next month.

Here’s a walkthrough and guide of the Escape Academy demo puzzles.

Introduction puzzle guide

You will start the demo in a room with a time limit.

The first thing you need to do is to unlock the chest. The password is 1230 based on the broken clock with the note 12:30.

You will then get a note with four patches of color. It basically forms a word “FREE” based on the other hints in the room.

Press the buttons FREE to open the safe. You’ll get the Key of Truth inside.

Use the Key of Truth to unlock the door.

In the next area which is sort of like the reception, you’ll see five t-shirts with the arrows.

Interact with the remote control facing the television.

Key in the arrows following the t-shirts: UP, RIGHT, DOWN, UP, RIGHT.

You’ll then unlock more words.

Open the door to another room and you’ll see a letter conversion poster on the wall.

If you replace the letters found on the television, you’ll get JEB, ALLIE and EEL.

There are 3 scanners below the fish on the wall. Place the business cards on the scanners in the same order.

Use the Key of Lies you find and unlock the toilet door.

From the toilet, go to the underground area and you’ll meet the Headmaster.

Here, you’ll be introduced to the Headmaster’s Office.

The first room you need to pass is called Pass the Exam. You are given 15 minutes.

For the first part, there’s a key that can be found easily if you search the room. Use the key to open the lock on the drawer.

Inside, you’ll find a screwdriver and a photograph.

Use the screwdriver on the ventilation hatch beside the sofa.

Crawl all the way in and you’ll get a phone number 952-4242.

Go back to the desk and use the phone to call the number. You’ll then learn that the headmaster’s last name is Solange.

Next, go to the briefcase which requires 3 numbers to open. Count the number of clocks, plants and trophies in the respective order.

The number should be 243.

You will then get postcards of three countries.

Go to the bookshelf and push the books of Egypt, Japan and Greece to unlock the secret room.

In this next room, insert the floppy disk you found earlier. You will get the word DEAD.

Go to the piano and play D,E,A and D. You will then get a bulb.

You will notice one of the four lamps is missing a bulb. Place the bulb.

You’ll then see the name Jacqueline.

Lastly, there’s a fox mask on the wall in the same room.

Look at the photograph from earlier and you’ll know that her name is Sandy.

Finally, go back to the machine and key in the names Sandra (Sandy), Jacqueline and Solange.
