Maui is one of the companions you can recruit to your village in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
He’s also part of the Moana realm and he will join you on a separate questline.
Here’s how you can get Maui to your village in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Cook three dishes that have 3 stars and above
First of all, you have to get Moana to your village first.
Once you’re done with that, you need to get three dishes that have 3 stars and above. They can be the same dishes.
One easy dish to make is a porridge with fruits which requires milk, wheat and a type of fruit.
The best time to do this quest is after you’ve recruited Remy to your village as you will be able to buy milk from his shop (among other things like cheese).
Head back to Moana’s realm and give those dishes to Maui.
Build his house
Go back to your valley and construct his house on the water. This requires you to unlock the beach area first which only needed 3,000 Dreamlight.
Then, you need to construct his house by paying Scrooge 5,000 coins. Maui will then join you.
