Fortunate Son is a side job available in the Aldecaldos Camp in Cyberpunk 2077.
Your objective is to help Bob get the kidney implant from the city.

To begin the side job, head to the Aldecaldos Camp in the Badlands area as marked in the map.
Talk to Bob about his problem.
Go to the meeting with the hospital employee
Head to Little China to meet the hospital employee. You can fast travel to one of the nearby terminals.
Talk to the employee who is waiting by the van and take the implant from the box.
Defeat the police
You will then need to face an ambush attack by the police. Take them down.
Confront the hospital employee
Talk to the employee again who will admit that the police tapped his conversation.
If you have 20 technical ability, you can ask him about the kidney. He’ll tell you that there’s a virus in it and hands you a shard to switch the virus out.
You can then let him be or get rid of him.
Return to the Aldecaldos Camp
Go back to Bob to deliver the implant.
Then, wait for eight hours and you’ll be contacted again.
Talk to Bob again about the kidney operation. The job ends here.
