Use the dynamites
To complete this quest, knock all of the dynamites you see in the area into the water. They will explode upon your headbutt contact.
Just do so until all the dynamites have exploded and you should complete the event Fishing in Bulk.
After the event, you will get a reward. It’s a gun on your head that spits out fish every time you use it.
