Forbidden Fruit is one of the short events / quests in Goat Simulator 3.
All you have to do is to find the fruit and grab it from the tree.

How to complete Forbidden Fruit
To complete the quest, just headbutt the golden fruit that’s hanging onto the tree. You’ll then incur the wrath of the Lord and will get lightning strikes here and there.
It’s quite a fun thing to have.
