Wishes is the last archon quest for Omnipresence Over Mortals in Genshin 2.1.
Your task is to visit Yae Miko after the Vision Hunt Decree is over.

Visit Yae Miko
To begin the quest, talk to Yae Miko. You’ll find her standing in front of the Sakura Tree at the Grand Narukami Shrine.
She’ll then answer your questions on the Raiden Shogun and also on future plans which is Sumeru.
The quest ends after the conversation. You’ll also get the Omamori.
