To begin the quest, head to Liyue Harbor. The location is shown in the map below, marked by the player location.

Talk to Atsuko and she’ll ask for your help to deliver a letter.

Head to her parents’ house

Then, go to Inazuma and head to her parents’ house. The location is marked below.

You’ll see Michiru and Yoh there. Talk to them.

After delivering the letter, they’ll say that Atsuko is already home.

Wait until the following night (18:00 – 6:00).

You will then meet Atsuko or rather a person who looks like her, but she’s suspicious.

Next, you have to wait again until the following day.

Talk to Atsuko’s parents again and they’ll say that Atsuko ran off. The quest ends here.

After the quest, you might find Yoh standing near the sea around the same housing area. Talk to him and you might get a low level artifact.
