Light’s Judgment & Light’s Protection are two back-to-back quests under Act 1: A Cold and Iron Faith in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to meet the angel Inarius and get his blessing to pursue Lilith.

Light’s Judgment
Enter the Alabaster Monastery as marked on the map.
You will then need to climb several flights of stairs as you head towards Inarius.
Enter the Portal of Father’s Radiance.
A cutscene will then trigger for the meeting with Inarius.
Light’s Protection
For the next quest, you just need to speak with Reverend Mother Prava to report what had happened with Inarius.
