Your objective is to deal with Iosef and the Knights Penitent.

Talk to Lorath
After reaching the chapel, you’ll realize that Neyrelle isn’t here.
Talk to Lorath.
Speak with Iosef
After leaving the chapel, you’ll see Iosef and the Knights Penitent waiting outside.
Talk to Iosef, the guy who rescued the main character at Nevesk.
Defeat the Knights Penitent
As Lorath refuses to surrender to them, you have to slay all of them.
Talk to Lorath again.
The quest ends here. You’ll get XP and coins as usual.
