Fledgling Scholar is a quest under Act 1: A Cold and Iron Faith in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to enter the Horadric’s Vault and find a spell.

Enter the Horadric Vault
First of all, enter the Horadric Vault.
Take the Horadric Book to Neyrelle
The door inside will be sealed. You have to search the area for a Horadric Book.
It’s located towards the right side of the room. Bring it back to Neyrelle.
Speak to Neyrelle
After she unlocks the seal, you will reach another room with sealed doors.
Speak to Neyrelle.
You will then need to look around the area for a book. There will be enemies roaming around.
Defeat Tchort, Herald of Lilith
The book will be sealed and you have to defeat Tchort to get it. This was probably the toughest boss fight in the campaign so far as the health is pretty tanky.
She does drop some health pots from time to time.
After the fight, pick up the Death Harnessed: Theories of Rathma spellbook.
Bring the book to Neyrelle
You can use the portal to go back to Neyrelle. Bring the book to her.
