Head to Karkh.
Look for the Karkh Bureau at the location shown in the map below.
When you’re near the area, you can climb up the rooftop and you’ll see a roof with a lot of grass similar to the one in Harbiyah.
Jump in and enter the door.
You’ll meet Rebekah and Roshan inside.
Speak to Roshan
When you’re ready to leave, talk to Roshan.
Follow Roshan to the Bazaar
Then, walk with Roshan to the Bazaar to find the next clue. The quest ends here.
