Left Behind is one of the Enigmas you can find in Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
The reward for finding the location is the Horned Lion Talisman.

How to find the Enigma
You can get the Left Behind Enigma at Harbiyah. The location is shown in the map below.
The map is inside a building that has a blocked door. Collapse the scaffolding and enter through the window.
Collect the map.
You’ll then see the Left Behind Enigma in your inventory.
It’s a map to the talisman.
Location of the Horned Lion Talisman
Now, head all the way west. The exact location is shown in the map below, marked by the player location.
You’ll see the Wilderness West on the map and it’s west of it.
When you reach the area, you’ll see that it’s an Abandoned Village. The talisman is near the dock.
You’ll then gain the Horned Lion Talisman.
